Hi, I’m Donna!
New York City resident and author, Donna Marie Hayes, is the NYC Big Book Award (NYCBBA) winner in the African-American non-fiction category for her memoir, These Broken Roads, Scammed and Vindicated, One Woman’s Story.
Miss Hayes is a speaker, International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach (ACC), and owner of her coaching practice. She has been featured on the Tamron Hall show, KATU TV (ABC), and numerous podcasts.
Additionally, she has extensive experience as a managing director/senior human resources professional in the financial services industry.
When Miss Hayes is not speaking, coaching or writing, you may find her on a stage or in front of a camera. She is a lifestyle model, SAG-AFTRA actress and cabaret singer. She was featured in Orange Is The New Black (Netflix), Black Girls Rock (BET), Celebrity Ghost Stories (Biography Channel), and other New York City Off-Broadway and TV productions. Most recently, she was cast in her first regular role in the TV series, Miss Education.
